It is always considered auspicious to seek blessings of God before any work in Indian culture and society.
Delhi Public School, Dehradun organised a ‘Hawan’ on 9thApril 2022, Saturday to seek blessings of Almighty and well being of the students of class X and XII who are gearing up for their board examination. The Principal, Vice Principal, teaching fraternity and students came together to perform the holy ritual. Through the chanting of mantras and offering to the consecrated fire, both the body and mind of students were re-energized , creating a revitalizing and rejuvenating effect to give solace and calmness to their minds

The students and teachers sought the blessings of the God. All students paid obeisance and pledged to work hard to get better results in their examination. The Principal Mr. B. K. Singh extended his ceremonial blessings to the students on this auspicious occasion. The Management and Principal wished students success for all their future endeavours and told them that the Mantra to success is hard work and commitment to deliver the best. He motivated them to make their parents, teachers and institution proud by putting in sincere efforts to excel in the board examination. After the puja, students sought blessings of the Principal , Vice Principal and their teachers.
