I joined DPS Dehradun in 2009 as a nursery student (interviewed by our honorable founder Shri M.P Singh ji). My parents were there to celebrate my first day in school when I first stepped into DPS Rajpur Road. The school took me under its wings and showered all its warmth, love and care on me. My first teacher, Ms. Kavita Sharma ensured that I participated in all the activities for all round development of my personality. As I grew up, all my respected teachers chiseled my personality, instilled values in me and prepared me for the outside world. Whether it be academics, music, sports and other co curricular activities, I was motivated to excel in accordance with my interest and have not made any choices under pressure (not even at home). As I prepare to walk out of my mentor, I am confident that I will be able to face the outside world with full confidence and conviction. DPS holds a special place in my heart and I am highly indebted for what DPS has made me. I will always cherish the fond memories which I have lived during my 15yrs stay in DPS. Whether it be school picnics, carnivals, fetes, dance and music competitions, sports, talks etc, all have played a significant role in my progression. As I bid farewell to my DPS family, I assure you all that the faith and confidence you have shown in me would impel me to work hard and carve a niche in the outside world. Kudos to DPS!
